Thank you, Giang!!

The hotel was amazing. Check in was very smooth and the breakfast was great. They even helped me book a taxi back to the airport. Hotel receptionist Giang was very helpful.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff forgot to replace our soap in the shower one day, and when I told them they immediately brought us new soap. They also apologised to us for the next two days even though it’s no big deal! Will comback if I have bussiness trips in Hanoi

Hotel was very accommodating to our family. They were being refurbished so many things were brand new in our room but also were not 100% ready for guest. They still allowed our family to stay to avoid the hassle of an additional reservation. I was so appreciative of that. Very friendly and helped direct us to local activities. The location is very busy during rush hour and can be intimidating to navigate so I would not recommend the stay to a family with small children or elderly relatives.

Me sinto em casa

Liz, front desk, Minh, Hoan, Ngo, Huy. Parabéns a todos.
