Very nice stay at the property for 2 nights in a family room. Our room 211 was a strange configuration, you had to cross a small bridge to get to the second room. But it was comfortable and i slept well. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and some fresh cooked options including omellete, eggs benedict. There is a small gym with some old but functioning equipment and a small but nice pool. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were helped by Cindy and the whole team. At the price point this is a good value hotel in close proximity to the old quarter but far enough removed to be quite quiet still and am escape from the melee outside.

Excellent Hotel, amazing staff & guest services

We loved our stay. The rooms are great, the hotel is beautiful, their attached spa, Sylva Spa, is excellent, the location can't be beat, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help us make the most of our time in Hanoi. They also went far out of their way to help us with a personal situation when we were in a tight spot that had nothing to do with the hotel—they truly saved the day. We couldn't have navigated it without them. A+. 10/10. 5 stars. One of the best hotels and THE best hotel experience I've ever had across Asia, Europe, and the US.

What an amazing hotel with the happiest staff I’ve seen in Vietnam. Jackie the manager was truly amazing from when we arrived to when we left. Giving us all the information of where to shop, see, eat and go to train street. Highly recommend hotel for everybody’s needs and Jackie will go out of his way to help you. Breakfast was amazing fresh, big variety and a great view of the city. The rooftop bar was great, very hot in June though but lovely in the late evening. The pool was the coldest pool in Vietnam I’ve been in, refreshing and a lovely area with a few lounges. Definitely will stay again.

A truly “Splendid” Experience

Stayed 1 night in this newly renovated hotel and the staff makes you feel like a million bucks wanting to return for another experience. We were greeted at check in by front office staff Rachael with a bright smile and warm reception. She was helpful and offered many suggestions as we were too early for checking in. We were soon guided by Rachel to the buffet breakfast which had an extensive spread of local and continental selection. Food was tasty especially the hard rolls which was a misnomer being soft and airy on the inside. We were then met by a most friendly and helpful restaurant staff Jessica who not only offered food choice but also sight seeing options for the rest of our the day in Hanoi. Was given our room early ,well before our official check in time after our sumptuous breakfast. The room was spacious and well laid out with enough space to put out our 3 check in bags n 2 haversacks. Room was squeaky clean and air conditioning worked very well to cool our room in the hot Hanoi weather. Our stay and shopping in this centrally located hotel of Old Hanoi Quaters was a good choice with shopping & food almost at your doorsteps Will definitely be back in this hotel if on our next trip into Hanoi. Thank you Splendid Premium Hotel and Staff.

Splendid Premium Hotel - A Wonderful Stay! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious, and the view from the rooftop terrace was especially impressive. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, lively areas, and very convenient for getting around or joining local tours. The only minor downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin and the soundproofing wasn’t perfect. However, it didn’t bother us much — it was only noticeable for about 20 minutes in the morning when other guests were checking out. What truly impressed us was the quality of service and the dedication of the staff. Anna, Kate, May, and Jacky at the front desk were incredibly friendly and kind to me and my daughter. They gave us very helpful advice and helped us book a perfect Halong Bay cruise. Not only were they professional and attentive, but they also took the time to chat, get to know us, and make us feel truly welcomed — like friends rather than just guests. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the thoughtful little gift for my daughter at the end of our stay. Every member of the staff was extremely accommodating, making our vacation feel relaxing and truly memorable!
