The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were nice enough. The bellmen and chauffeur drivers were very nice and polite. The negative was that we didn’t like the demeanour of the front desk staff. We arrived to the hotel after a long day of travelling, it was 11am wanted to check into our room which was ready at the time but they demanded charging us 300 euros for an early check in. I’ve never seen this before despite constantly travelling all around the world. It just gave us a negative immediate impression of the resort and then they would try and charge us everywhere they could. The service at the restaurant was quite slow but the drink and food quality was good.

The staff was wonderful and so helpful! The shuttle service to St Tropez was amazing, very convenient and responsive. The only negative was the AC did not go below 22c, but never even reached below 24 a majority of time. Overall a great hidden gem near St Tropez.

O hotel é muito bom, com excelentes instalações e um ótimo nível de conforto. O único ponto negativo é a combinação dos horários de check-in e check-out. O check-out deve ser feito até as 11h, enquanto o check-in começa somente às 16h. Cinco horas de intervalo parecem excessivas, sobretudo porque 16h é bastante tarde para entrar no hotel, assim como 11h é relativamente cedo para sair. Fora isso, a experiência foi excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem servido, os funcionários são atenciosos, os amenities são de qualidade e o quarto oferece ótima roupa de cama, conforto, uma bela vista e bastante silêncio. No conjunto, há muitos aspectos positivos e o hotel proporciona uma estadia muito agradável.

Cet hôtel n’a de 5 étoiles que le logo. Je voyage énormément et je n’ai jamais été traité de cette manière dans un établissement de ce standing. Dès notre arrivée, l’assistante de direction (Lucy) est venue à deux reprises nous expliquer que, parce que nous avions réservé via Hotels.com/Expedia à un tarif “préférentiel”, nous ne pouvions pas bénéficier du même traitement que les autres clients. Elle est même allée jusqu’à nous dire que nous n’avions pas accès à l’une des piscines chauffées pour cette raison. C’est totalement inacceptable. Lorsque ma femme a demandé des purées pour notre bébé de 4 mois, on nous a demandé 52 € par jour. L Après avoir refusé et utilisé celles que nous avions achetées à l’extérieur, ce sujet an encore été utilisé pour justifier ce traitement différencié. Nous avons pourtant payé environ 1 300 € par nuit pour deux chambres, un tarif très proche de celui proposé sur le site officiel de l’hôtel. Le problème n’est donc pas le prix, mais l’attitude du personnel. La chambre était agréable, mais la télévision était minuscule, indigne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. J’avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel avec une excellente expérience. Malheureusement, le niveau de service s’est complètement effondré. Le comportement de l’assistante de direction est incompatible avec les standards d’un véritable 5 étoiles. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement tant que cette culture du service n’aura pas changé.

Vétusté peu acceptable.

Chambres vétustes avec une odeur d’humidité au Rez de chaussée. Lits trop mous. Placards d’un autre temps. Salles de bain en partie vétustes. Par contre la piscine est sympathique et le personnel attentif mais vraiment il y a un manque cruel d’investissement pour remettre à jour tout ce qui est vraiment vétuste. C’est étonnant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie de pouvoir rester comme ça.
