New hotel. Only one year old as of December 2025. Room I had was small. OK for one but a squeeze for two. Onsen (bath) was very nice. Breakfast options are very limited unfortunately, even hotels I stayed at on this trip that were half the price of this hotel had more options.

何よりスタッフさんの接客が素晴らしかったです。 親切丁寧で、牛タン屋さんのお店の紹介も 親身になってお答えくださり、 目配り気配り心配りとはこういうことだな、 と思いました。 大変満足でしたが、2点だけ、 エレベーター1機は厳しいかな。。。 あと、温泉も気持ちよかったのですが、 部屋からタオルを持ち込むのであれば 温泉用と部屋のタオルと2枚あればありがたいです。 大変満足でしたが、今後の更なるご発展を祈り、書かせていただきました。 本当にありがとうございました。

初めて利用させていただきました。最後の2部屋でダブルを家族3人で利用しました。ホテルのサービス、朝食、スタッフさんなどとても良かったですが、お部屋がかなり狭めでした。夫婦でダブル、成人した息子も1人でダブル利用でしたが、正直1人でもダブルの部屋は狭く感じます(荷物を置く場所がほぼ無い)また、浴室の洗い場が4つしか無いため、時間を間違えるとかなり厳しい状態になります。このお部屋だと一泊が限度かな…と思いますが、ツインでしたらまた宿泊したいなあと思えるホテルでした。
