Fab hotel - we loved it! Such a great location with it being a 5 min walk from Cala Esmeralda and Cala Ferrera, right across the street from the best priced supermarket in the area and a lot of great restaurants and bars on the same street! Also within easy walking distance of the main part of Cala D’or and the other beaches. Lovely little area to explore. Rooms are spacious with private large balconies. Highly recommend!

Pretty nice apartment hotel. It’s nice if you’re on a family trip and just need a decent place. The pool is pretty big and nice, but it’s close to beautiful beaches. I would reccomend the beach Cala Serena and Cala Esmeralda.

We had a really nice stay at the Inturotel Azul Garden. Our room was basic, but had a beautiful patio, kitchen space with a fridge and a nice separate living space. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, and the hotel was in a convenient area that felt walkable to beaches and food. Parking was also very easy as there was a hotel lot and lots of free street parking. The one thing that we didn’t realize with the location is that Cala D’or is more of a “resort town” which just wasn’t as much our style (didn’t feel like it had the most authentic food/culture compared to other places we visited in Mallorca ). We wouldn’t necessarily choose to stay in Cala D’Or again, but if we did, this hotel would be at the top of our list!

Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return .

Pros - Great little hotel. Location excellent for 2 lovely beaches. Room was great and plenty big enough for a family of 4. Immaculately clean. Pool superb and perfect form young kids. Price over Easter was a bargain. Tip- include a food package as Cala D'or resort food is expensive and poor quality. Cons - air con basically didnt work. Even in the cooler months (April) then room was too hot. Had to sleep with patio doors open and as a result we got mosquito bites. Kitchenette is barely sufficient to make a sandwich. Very small fridge. Toaster tripped electrics so could not be used. Additional charge (around 17euros for 5 nights) for security safe. Overall - we got a bargain ober Easter but it was very quiet, suggest Summer would be difficult to get sun loungers. We would return but unless air-condition was guaranteed to be sorted I would avoid Summer months.

Great location for a family holiday

We enjoyed our time here and in particular enjoyed the area around the hotel. It is very well located walking distance from beautiful Calas and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit dated but worked perfectly fine, perhaps not as glamorous but good value for money. We really loved the pool area and the kitchenette in the suite, we were able to save some money cooking our own meals. We also loved having access to the sister hotels, a 5 min walk away which were on the waterfront. We recommend the grocery store “Mercadona” if you have a car. Our only criticism is that upon arrival, there is no real “entrance” to the hotel if you have a car. GPS took us to a back entrance next to garbage cans, and we had to walk in next to the pool because reception was located in the middle of the hotel, sort of an odd entrance. We were coming off a very long and stressful travel day and some signage for reception would have been nice. We found staff somewhat indifferent but I supposed that is to be expected at a larger hotel chain. The cleaning staff were great however.

We stayed at Azul Garden Hotel for 5 nights as a couple. Pros • The location is great – set slightly away from the very busy centre of Cala d’Or, meaning we had a pleasant stroll in and out for dinner each night. • It’s close to some incredible beaches and coves (Cala Serena was our favourite). • The pool area is large with plenty of loungers, so you never feel like you’re scrambling for space. Cons Beyond this, our stay was pretty average and there’s definitely room for improvement: • The room decor is very dated and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell when we arrived. • Our room wasn’t cleaned until the fourth day of our stay, and that was only after asking at reception. • Inflatables aren’t allowed in the pool, which felt like an odd restriction for a holiday hotel. • The lift beside the bins was left overflowing daily – on our last day there was even a baby’s nappy on top. • On check-in we were told we could extend our check-out until 4pm for a fee due to our late flight. When we went to arrange this the day before leaving, we were told it wasn’t possible and that no other rooms were available. Just felt confusing to be offered something, then refused it later. Overall, the hotel has a nice setting and potential, but our experience was let down by service inconsistencies and lack of attention to detail.

Lovely Apartment

We have really enjoyed our stay at Azul Gardens, as a young couple we wanted 2 weeks of relaxation in a self catering apartment, the facilities allowed us to do exactly that. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly. I requested a ground floor apartment prior to our arrival, due to being pregnant, the hotel very kindly arranged this for me, with a room right by reception. We were also really grateful for the arrangement they made for our late check out, again with being pregnant in the heat I was really anxious at the thought of not having a room all day, Jose very kindly moved things around for me and made it possible for us to stay. The location is fantastic, everything is on the doorstep, lovely restaurants and so many small Spar supermarkets. However I would recommend walking down to the end of the road, about a 8 minute walk, to the Hiper Dino supermarket as it’s so much cheaper! 2 gorgeous beaches nearby, Esmeralda doesn’t have sunloungers but Ferrera does. Google maps says Cala Ferrera is a 12 minute walk, it’s not, there’s a cut through you can’t miss and only takes 5 minutes. A few things to mention is that this is a VERY busy family resort, so if you are looking for peace and quiet round the pool this may not be for you. There are more loungers than parasols so you will need to be down to save a bed with a parasol before 10am if you want one, towels are removed if left unattended. And no ironing facilities

Really nice apr hotel for families with children and couples. Calm and clean. Nice pool and friendly staff. Nice appartments. Fantastic place with 4 min walk to really nice beaches. Would go back.

Clean, and exactly what we were looking for. I do wish the pool was open in the evening but maybe that is not the standard on the island.
