The hotel is in central Millau the staff are really helpful. Once you park in the nearby carpark you can easily explore the town. The room has it all great shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and a focus on local products.

Hotel la Capelle is a great place to stay if you are visiting Millau. It has an excellent location right in the center of the downtown and is walking distance to many restaurants and sites. The room was large and very comfortable. It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our trip around Occitanie. Parking was nearby and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the cook even made us scrambled eggs. The best thing about Hotel la Capelle is the staff. We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and they were able to get our room ready early. We had a problem on our last day when we lost our parking ticket. It was Sunday and there was no one in the garage to help us. One of the hotel staff came down to the garage with me (without even being asked) and spoke to the intercom explaining our situation in French (which would have been difficult for me). He got them to open the gate for us and we were on our way! Thanks again for taking such great care of us!

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations - but I want to particularly thank the lady behind the desk on the night we arrived. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues.

When we arrived at the hotel on our motorcycles , we was greeted by a very rude blond haired lady who insisted 3 of the bikes move , there was plenty of room for everyone to park ,but she insisted they move , my friend is recovering from cancer and had to carry his luggage along way . The rest of the staff was fantastic , and the hotel was great , it was a real shame she had such a bad attitude.
