This is a lovely hotel in the Ku’Damm neighborhood of Berlin. The staff were exceptional, especially Marco!!, with helping figure out places to eat, how to take the U-bahn and getting around. The rooms are lovely and well appointed/have everything you might need. The gym, while on the smaller side, was also excellent and well equipped.

An amazing stay at H10 Berlin! ​The hotel is located in a central area right on the Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm) avenue, close to all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation stations connecting to the rest of Berlin. It felt very safe walking around the streets at night. ​We stayed in a Deluxe room on the 7th floor overlooking the inner courtyard. It was incredibly quiet, and the bed was large and very comfortable. This was truly the best hotel room we’ve ever had in Europe!

Honestly this could have been a 5 star review. Everything else was perfect… But the shower ruined my experience. The shower head was terrible and flimsy, it kept moving around while trying to shower, which in combination with a shower screen that didn’t meet, left the bathroom constantly flooding. It was also impossible to take the shower head off to wash myself properly… it was super glued on… like who is trying to steal your terrible cheap shower heads. Luxury stay, comfortable bed and facilities, budget motel bathroom. Cleaning myself properly is one of the most important factors of a hotel stay, make some improvements.

Great hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in Germany. I would highly recommend H10 Berlin Ku’damm to anyone heading to Berlin for business or pleasure.

Fantastic stay at a great hotel, staff were fantastic really helpful, breakfast was great with a good range of options. Room was clean spacious and quiet for a good night’s sleep.
