They jacked up the rates because of the eclipse. About 5x. Shower handle wall mount was broken and dint get fixed before our arrival, so had to take a shower holding it with one hand. Shower pan was broken and leaked into the bathroom and main room. Had to cut shower short and two other guests couldn't shower. I notified the hotel via WhatsApp and there was no apology, no solution offered, like another room, or a room at a different hotel, or any refund compensation. Just a response that they will fix it after we check out. No hospitality here. No wifi login given either, had to wait until next morning to get a response from them with the login. Not even an employee at the hotel. You have to run a self check in online by photographing everyone's passport, taking selfies, and using digital keys. They just assume everyone has a phone, that is charged, and has service. AC also didnt work very well, set it to 17C and the room barely got down to about 23 after a few hours. Twin sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with a hard rod going through it. Seemed like a very cheap purchase from IKEA. Pretty bad hotel

Les chambres sont plutôt propres, la literie confortable. Par contre ce qui est décevant c'est la procédure d'enregistrement en ligne qui n'a fonctionné que pour une chambre et pas pour la seconde. Il a fallu pas moins d'une heure pour arriver à valider le Check in avec l'aide de la dame (ultra serviable et a l'écoute) de l'accueil avec le service client via WhatsApp et au téléphone. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème par exemple chez bnb avec 4 chambres...

Le principe de conciergerie en ligne est très facile et en cas de problème il est très facile de joindre l'établissement sur What's app. La chanbre était très propre et jolie avec une bonne literie. Le centre ville est facile d'accès avec les bus qui s'arrêtent pas loin de l'hotel. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end

Todo a través del móvil, pero ok. Habitación limpia. La única pega que el soporte de la ducha en la pared estaba roto y la "alcachofa" perdía agua por todos sitios. Hoy en día que tanto nos influyen los likes, no tener cambiado esto, que vale menos de 10€ me parece un error. Por lo demás, muy bien.

La habitación es grande para 2 personas pero pequeña para 4 como era nuestro caso. La ventana no se cerraba del todo y a pesar de q no hacía frío el ruido del viento y la calle era molesto. La tapa del wc no se mantenía abierta, es bastante molesto usar el retrete en esas condiciones siendo mujer y todo un desafío siendo hombre. Por lo demás bien, la ducha muy amplia, con buena presión y temperatura. Necesitamos una almohada más y nos indicaron muy amablemente como conseguirla, en algunas plantas hay armarios con amenites (secador, almohadas, pilas, etc) y te los abren en remoto si necesitas algo. El hotel está bien situado y tienes cerca varos sitios para cenar o tomar algo.

Excelente alojamiento low cost, sin personal ni lujos pero con lo imprescindible para descansar en un sitio con un mínimo de calidad, espacio y todo nuevo y limpio. Nos ha sorprendido para bien. Íbamos con dos niños y teníamos el sofá montado. Zona tranquila pero el bar de al lado cubre necesidades también genial. Repetiríamos sin dudar.
