The property is a charming hostel smack in the middle of fine restaurants, shopping, and very much walkable to anything you desire. The owner Margarita is very helpful in her knowledge of the area. Rooms were impeccably clean. I would definitely go back!!

The hotel was a bit difficult to find due to a lack of signage on the outside. Once inside we could not easily locate which floor we had to go to. The room was tired but clean and having a balcony was great. The location more than made up for that. Really, one could not have asked for a better location. One minor drawback, nobody could speak a word of English. Google translate helped.

Small quaint hostel in a central location. Easy to walk to tourist areas like San Miguel Mercado, Palacio, various plazas too name a few. Bring your best walking shoes. I even walked to Parque Retiro 😊 hostel has a very tiny elevator or you can use stairs 3rd floor. The price was reasonable since I split with my roommate. Near the Opera Metro. Indicate twin beds if you are rooming with a friend. Our flight left late in the evening n she kept our bags so we can enjoy the day prior to our departure. Thank you!

Let's start out by saying good is not bad. I got a private room with private bathroom. Yes the room was small but so was the price. I paid around $200 CAD for a night but was right in the centre square of Madrid. Being that it is so central don't expect quiet. If you are a sound sleeper invest in some good earplugs Most rooms in this area are 800+. I feel like I got value for my money.
