The room was clean and pretty nice but the staff was unorganized took us about 2 hours to get checked in. We had already paid for our reservation so we couldn’t go else where. Ilse the front desk was nice when we got to her but it was chaos. We had a party to go to and we couldn’t make it to the ceremony because of their lack of organization.
