Was lucky to have assistance from Yan Ning who was at the hotel reception when we had problems communicating with a taxi driver. Yan Ning was very helpful and had good initiative. She even stayed with us while we call for another taxi to ensure we had a pleasant journey. Throughout our 8 days stay, the rest of the counter staff were not very helpful when we needed assistance or had queries, even though we could speak reasonable mandarin: thank you Yan Ning !
