The room was spacious and clean. It was great having a full-size refrigerator in the room. There are no room darkening curtains, just blinds that are about 3” short for the window, allowing in a significant amount of light. The bathroom light comes on automatically when entering the room and is very bright - a little jarring for middle of the night trips. The laundry basket in the room was very helpful and the laundry facilities were very nice but be prepared to pay a surcharge if using a debit/credit card rather than their app to pay for use of the washer and dryer. Upon arrival I was surprised to find that there are no automatic doors to enter the lobby. I am spoiled from other hotel stays. That does make it a little more difficult to carry in luggage but there are buttons for handicap access. It took a while for a staff member to come to the check in desk, although I had seen her walk across a doorway to an adjacent room a few times and rang the bell a few times as well. I was immediately told that check in was at 3 pm until the staff person looked at the clock and saw that it was indeed after 3 pm. Although she was not sure if there were rooms ready she was able to find me one in the end.

The room was spotless and spacious. Staff was very courteous, however my reservations were under the wrong name and she couldn’t find it at first so there was some stress and confusion. She was very patient. I do feel that there needs to be coffee offered in room as well as ice. Also, the cost for extra towels was unexpected.

Good place. Lots of “extended stay” guests. Clean and up to date. NOTE: free coffee only from 7am to 11am. Also: Front desk not open from 11pm to 8am (need to dial 500 on lobby phone for afterhour service).

We arrived there around midnight and were welcomed by a very unfriendly front desk worker that walked to us half a sleep and barefoot. She was very unhappy with our late check-in and did not say hi, by or thank you during whole conversation. She was mean and we felt unwelcomed in this hotel. Room was new and clean but the check-in experience left us with unpleasant feelings. I would not stay there in the future.

My stay was pleasant. Front desk ladies were helpful and pleasant. The property is more of a long stay property, not a weekend stay place. But easy check in, no issues with my reservation, friendly staff. It was accommodating for us. Clean rooms, clean beds, clean bathrooms.
