It’s not really the property’s fault but people were very noisy walking along the corridor at 4.30 am then continued it into the communal area.

A great location. Co-op on the corner. Directly opposite the National Express/Flixbus bus stop. The Exeter bus station is less than a 5 minute walk. Vue Cinema about a 90 second walk from the rear entrance. The room is sufficient, but basic. Plenty of storage- short on coat hangers, but two large pull out drawers and a storage surface above them. Plenty of other shelving though also to use. Desk provided with also under desk drawers. I had no problem with the amount of storage provided. There is no television, and no coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Beautiful courtyard with plenty of spread out seating. Smoking areas provided. Lift service to the floors. Disabled lift available at rear of the property to raise you to the courtyard level. Entrance at the front, opposite the bus stop, is at courtyard level. Fantastic security. Security on duty throughout the night. Staff were very good. Very friendly and welcoming. Very good, free WiFi, provided. Gym, games room, and launderette (at a reasonable price) also available. You will need to provide your own washing detergent. In short, I loved this place and would without doubt stay there again.
