We stayed here from Sunday to Friday during the winter vacation as a family of five, and we had a truly wonderful stay.
On the first day we experienced an issue with the heating and ventilation system. Unfortunately, the problem could not be fully resolved before we left, but the way the staff handled the situation was outstanding. Within about 1.5 hours of reporting it, they delivered portable heaters to the apartment, and their responsiveness and follow-up throughout our stay were exemplary.
Even though the issue was beyond their control, they did everything possible to keep us comfortable, and that level of professionalism and care really impressed us.
The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family. The standard was high, and the location could not have been better for exploring Paris.
We felt genuinely well taken care of, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we will happily book with them on our next visit to Paris.
