Hotels in San Benedetto del Tronto

The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs.

Host was very accommodating with our late arrival.

Location is very good, the only issue in the area is parking. At this season there are way too many cars.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room.
