The room was clean, the wifi was terrible, but the worst was the temperature : there was no ac, windows barely opened and if we had wanted them closed, it wouldn’t have been possible because they were broken (the plastic part). The curtains didn’t keep the sun out completly, so it got really, really hot. At least there was a fan.

Great pools and clean rooms

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the pool area—there are three pools to enjoy, plus a small park for the kids and some beautiful views. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but they were addressed quickly and professionally. One thing to note: if the weather isn’t great, there aren’t many indoor activities for kids, so keep that in mind if you're traveling during the off-season. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The hotel and history is super cool. The room was clean and in good condition. Lots of rooms with breath taking views and can accommodate larger familly. I appreciate the choice of size rooms. The place is fill with history. The outside could use a bit more maintenance but the place is full of different area that are worth exploring.

Rooms were ok,the exterior is deteriorated really not handled properly. For a 2 night stay they give you 3 coffee cup only otherwise you have to pay, if you want AC they charged me 150$ ( super not honnest people ) its really cold AT night and I didnt need IT but i still had to pay the extra . The pool is across the street so you either take your car or you go down about 100 Stairs . I Will Never go back There and I Do not recommand this place. Even people from the village said they are not honnest people( New owners) ever since the past owner sold IT. Horrible place

Neat place to stay.

The hotel is a bit dated, but staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was small. Breakfast could have been better for the $10. charged. Mostly cereals and coffee and toast. The location did not disappoint. We had dinner at Corylus restaurant about 2 km from hotel, good. Shower water was strong.

Don't trust the picture you see on the website !

Not that clean. Building and rooms need a lot of love... can hear neighbours even in the "luxury room", water of one of the swimming pool was greenish... Very expensive for what it was ! Breakfast not included and haven't tried it. Cleaners were very nice. Lady at reception ok.

We didn’t land up staying here because they offered us three different rooms that didn’t resemble the rooms in the pictures posted. In one of the rooms the beds hadn’t even been made. Clearly they hadn’t cleaned the room. Terrible terrible place.
