I booked this hotel over a month in advance for my nephews first birthday. When I went to go check in they lost my reservation despite calling me 48 hours prior to check in to verify I still wanted the room despite the elevator and pool being down. I confirmed it was still good. In that 48 hours they said they had a system malfunction and lost all reservations then rebooked over the previous reservations so there was no more rooms available. I was left stranded in Bradford, Ontario with no other options as this is the only hotel there. The next closest hotels are 30+ minute drive away in New Market or Barrie. Very unprofessional and I will not be trying to stay here again.
