Check in was good, rooms were clean, the only thing that i had an issue with was the restaurant, the food took a long time to come out, about 25 min fo a soup and wings,it was 3 of us and besides taking a but long, the food wasn't that great, hotel was good overall but the restaurant was maybe a 4

4/10 Fair

The room was not cleaned for my visit. I have a habit of checking bedding whenever I check in to a hotel . When I checked bedding, there were hair and crumbs in mine. Also when I went to restroom it looked like urine in toilet I thought it was type of cleaning agent. I was wrong toilet would not flush so I called downstairs and they sent someone to replace valve that was broken. My room was supposed to be ready by 3 pm and it wasn't. I was able to check in at 3:45. I won't be staying here again. I'll stay at Quinta real or other hotel closer to the cathedral. Those hotels take pride in clean rooms

8/10 Very good

It’s ok properly it shows it’s age. The staff was very friendly. However in the web site it says that the property is pet friendly but they only take dogs, so I have to argue with the manager about letting stay with cats. They should specify that they only friendly to dogs and not any other pet is welcome
