Room was clean. AC doesn't work at night, so had to open a window. Walls are thin, you can hear conversations from neighboring rooms and people walking on upper floors. Close to train station so that was convenient. Front office staff made great late night food recommendations.

Pet friendly, clean rooms. Weirdly need to ask for everything, like a tea kettle. The hotel didn’t provide basic necessities such as hair conditioner, ear picks, slippers… that’s just an immediate turn-off especially for a price point like that. Not sure I will be visiting this property again. Area did not seem safe, but I guess the location nearby central train station will do that…

The hotel aesthetic is modern, minimalist. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a shower, and not a bath. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Gabriel. The hotel is walking distance to Milano Centrale. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy at night, not really safe to walk around. The breakfast is quite expensive, so we went to Paticceria Rovida nearby, and had lovely food for a reasonable price. There is no room service, but the hotel allows you to order takeout and bring to your room. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. The scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet are outstanding... sadly the rest of the offering wasn't fantastic, but we should be saving room for the fantastic food in Milan, not eating in the hotel! The room was immaculately clean. Pure essentials (no kettle or coffee maker, no water). Proximity to Centrale station and Metro stops is fantastic.

Overall the place was in good shape and the room was clean and nicely renovated in a very modern style. If there is anything to complain about then its that at the time I was staying the the Aircon wasn't working but I at least could open the window and the lights especialy in the bathroom hjas been not bright enough ... everthing else was fine

The room was very hot (February) and there was no way to cool it down. There was lots of noise from the street. The "Quadruple" room was not suitable for teenagers to use the twin beds, they were tiny and more suited to children under 10yr. The hotel was good at trying to help, but there was not much they could do.

Vi möttes väldigt gott av en av personalen som jobbade natten onsdags kväll/natt jag tror han hette Attin eller liknande (glömde namnet förlåt ..) så himla trevlig och snäll som uppgradera vårt rum när han insåg att vi är där för att bland annat fira födelsedag. Han var så trevlig och tog emot oss väldigt fint ! Hotellet var väldigt rent och fräscht. Jag har absolut ingenting att klaga på. Rekommenderar starkt !! Perfekt läge också nära centralstationen!

Pas mal. Juste un souci avec la conduite d’air conditionné dont j’ai trouvé le grillage à terre de retour dans la chambre. Cela pose un gros souci de sécurité. Cela aurait pu blesser quelqu’un dans la chambre. J’ai aussi aperçu une araignée visiblement se déplaçant dans sa toile. Ce qui pose un problème de nettoyage de la chambre.
