I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s new, very well located, and most of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — with the exception of the afternoon receptionist, who doesn’t seem prepared for customer service, especially in the hotel industry.
I also loved the fact that water and all kinds of coffee were available in the reception area, which was a very nice touch.
The biggest downside was that there is no elevator, and I was on the third floor. After a 15‑hour flight and a subway trip, having to carry my bags upstairs by myself was a nightmare. To make it worse, they didn’t respond to any of the messages I sent during my stay, and the phone in the room didn’t work, so I had no way to communicate with the staff.
Overall, a great hotel with a lot of potential — just needs to work on staff training, responsiveness, and accessibility for guests with heavy luggage.
