Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. We had an amazing stay at Paloma Grida and would absolutely come back again. The hotel offers the perfect balance between a relaxing romantic getaway and a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful sea view that made every morning special. Waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very fast whenever we needed anything. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent — the pools were clean and spacious, the beach and sea were beautiful, and there was always something to do during the day. We especially enjoyed the gym and yoga classes, which added a relaxing and healthy touch to the vacation. The food was another standout point. There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, Paloma Grida exceeded our expectations in every way. Wir hatten die Lagoon Family Suite gebucht und waren begeistert. Im Zimmer hatten wir quasi ein Zimmer mit Dusche und Bad für uns, ein kleines Wonzimmer und nochmals ein Zimmerbereich zum schlafen mit Dusche und WC für die Kinder. Die Duschen waren super (hatten auch einen guten Wasserdruck). Das Zimmer war sauber und die Putzfrau hat sogar die Wäsche der Kinder zusammengefaltet. Auch war im ganzen Hotel inkl. Strand ein super Wifi. Das Essen war einfach top! Es hatte alles. Von Einheimisch, zu Pizza und Pommes, über internationales Essen, bis zu sehr gesund und Babybrei in Gläschen. Auch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und reservierte nach einem Tag schon einen Tisch für uns und unsere Getränke standen parat. Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Der Strand hat Sand und ist sauber und die Lage ist auch top. In ca. 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und das tun wir sonst nie. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Messer könnte man mal ersetzen oder schleifen. Eventuell das nervige Liegen reservieren kontrollieren. Es stehen zwar überall Schilder, dass man dies nicht darf und trotzdem machen es viele Leute. Und die Preise für die Cabanas sind schon Wucher.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt – die Qualität war sehr gut. Lediglich die Auswahl hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, da sich einige Gerichte wiederholt haben. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Stylisches Hotel mit sehr schönen Deko Details. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Leider gibt es aber große Defizite im Bereich Service und der Willkommenskultur, die man in der Türkei so kennt. Bei Ankunft wurde uns der Weg zur Unterkunft beschrieben und los. Das machen andere Hotels nicht so! Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar haben sich teilweise geweigert Cocktails ohne Alkohol zuzubereiten oder es gab ewig Diskussionen. Bestellungen wurden falsch aufgenommen oder garnicht serviert. Das Personal war unaufmerksam. Es gab im Pool zwar Wirlpooldüsen, sie wurden aber nie angestellt. Duschen waren undicht, jedes Mal nach dem duschen gab es eine ekelhafte Überschwemmung im Bad.Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen, zumal das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

Sauberkeit und Personal top. Lagunenzimmer schön und groß, aber wenn direkter Poolzugang gibt es unzureichend Möglichkeiten, um die nassen Klamotten und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Hotel modern. Essen ok, aber wenig Gemüse und beim Frühstück keine Samen und Nüsse. Ansonsten weitläufige Anlage und empfehlenswert. Werden wiederkommen.

Det var en dårlig oplevelser, rengøring service var rigtige dårligt. Deres reception var virklige dårligt, personale smiller ikke. Der var myrer i værelset. Glemte håndklæder 3 dage i træk.. Deres badeværelser var dårligt.
