The location was amazing! Just steps from back to back restaurants on a side street, all the sights, quiet and convenient. The room was clean, staff communicated well and gave great directions. I would recommend and stay again.

Location was fabulous. We were surprised there were no windows we could look outside from - they were tiny and up high in our unit. For the number of nights we stayed, we would have enjoyed 2 bath towels per person. Kitchen was well stocked. Sofa bed was comfortable

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town. I was also glad it wasn’t at the top of any steep stairs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Perfect location in the old town. House owner Josip was very kind and helpful. Property was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked very well. Their original map was also very helpful to find the good restaurants.

Amazing location in a must see city.

We had a fantastic stay within the old city. Our plane was delayed but Ana was happy to meet us at 1 am to show us our room. The location was great, as was the room itself.

Great stay in Old Town

Great place to stay! Host met us outside the gates and walked us to the apartment. She provided a thorough tour of the apartment and also food/drink/activity recommendations within Old Town. She also helped arrange a driver from the airport to the apartment. Highly recommend!

Loved Hotel Tereza!

Wonderful apartment with a great location in Old Town. Near the Pila Gate and everything we wanted to see and do. Our host was friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

PROS: We loved the location, steps away from everything we wanted to see and do. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host arranged for pick up at the airport (extra fee but worth every penny, our driver was lovely) and greeted us at the car to take us to the property, which was much appreciated! There are a lot of stairs (honestly all through Dubrovnik, which is part of its charm) so not recommended for less able bodied people. CON: Host didn’t accept prepayment, we had to pay cash at the property.

Clean comfortable property with small kitchen. This property is within old town, walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.Numerous Restaurants and bars right below the apartment. Old Town is a busy place with lots of people. Not for those with mobility issues as there are old cobbled stone stairs. The owner very pleasant & helpful.

Apartment in the old city of Dubrovnik.Fantastic location in an old stone building. Good size, with reading couch and table as well as bed. Modern bathroom. Airconditioning and wifi worked well. Friendly and helpful host.Kettle and coffee maker and fridge. Easy access to everything In the old city. Although note need to climb city stairs to access, so may be more challenging for those mobility limited.

This is one of the cutest places to stay. The interior design was beautiful and place is much bigger than the posted pictures. Immaculately clean. It's right in the heart of HVAR and steps from the ferry. Loved the hot water kettle and the outdoor seating of small table and chairs. Walkable to all the sites and restaurants. Easy to meet the boat trip start points. Host was so lovely and responded immediately to requests. I would definitely stay here again! Due to how central it is, can get noisy at night with revelers!

Highly recommended

We met Josip. Since our arrival is 8:00pm, I gave him a heads up that we will be checking in late. He waited for us until 10:00pm. Showed us our amenities. The room is almost complete. From toiletries, iron, kitchen utensils. The only struggle is opening the main door using the key as well as the room door. Deadlock from inside but. Provides extra security. Please be aware that you need to pay IN CASH ONLY. If you’re planning to lay upon arrival. We will definitely pick the place if given a chance.

The location was incredible- right in the heart of old town. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was very basic- just a small cupboard with a pull out tray but it had a Nespresso machine. A huge bonus was quite a large fridge for this size of unit- much bigger than a bar fridge. We would have appreciated a couple of beach towels- we had to buy our own. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent! The location was fantastic and central, and the hosts were very kind and flexible. I only wish there was a way to heat up food we brought back but that was only a minor detail.
