The staff was amazing. The room was clean and large. The bed was a little hard for me, but I overall had a great experience. 5 stars to the front desk, the waiter, and all of the staff. I would stay again. Best value in bogota

Great Customer Service. Awesome staff. Only suggestion would be to change security box in the room. Very old and unmanageable to set up. As always, a great experience to stay in this hotel.

6/10 Good

Very friendly staff. The rooms not very new but clean. I am very sensible to noise and the closed windows did not stop the noises from generators or traffic around the hotel. The staff was very helpfull to try to get the best room for me concearning silence, but no room was suitable.

6/10 Good

No heat or air conditioning in rooms. Noisy construction outside, we had to leave window open all the time to keep room cool. Horrible view of next door's roof being repaired. Friendly staff though. Expensive breakfast.
