We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aigle Courmayeur. The location is excellent, in the charming and beautiful village of Entrèves, with easy access to the surrounding attractions and breathtaking, unique views of Mont Blanc. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food and drinks were also outstanding. The hotel offers excellent value for money, providing a high level of comfort, service, cleanliness, and overall experience at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Courmayeur and looking for a fantastic location, spectacular mountain views, great food, and exceptionally kind staff.

I recently stayed in Hotel Aigle for three days and two nights. This is a wonderful new hotel perfectly located within 8 min walk from the Monte Bianca SkyWay. My room was very large with fabulous bathroom and a balcony with view to Mon Blanc. The hotel has its own parking which is a rare opportunity in small towns in Italy. The breakfast/colezzione was great. Take advantage of the dinners which offer excellent Italian three course menus with several options. I was welcomed by the owner who received me with a free Expresso and who provided excellent recommendations for hikes and tips and allow me to buy the SkyWay ticket with a discount. They made me feel at home. The hotel is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of large hotels but with a small personalized (boutique-like hotel) feeling. I strongly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The view from our room was incredible, when we stepped out onto our balcony we were looking directly at Monte Bianco. It was also a quick 10 minute walk to the Skyway Monte Bianco which we took up to Punta Helbronner. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early on check-in day and we were able to store our bags and drank a welcome coffee before exploring the town while waiting for our room to be ready. Their restaurant has a different dinner menu each night which was great both times we ate there. The included breakfast was also nice! We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Courmayeur.

The location was perfect for the Skyway Monte Bianco, just a few minutes’ walk away. We were also allowed to leave our car in the parking lot after check-out, which meant we didn’t have to pay for parking at the Skyway. We had two rooms, and they were quite different. One had a stunning mountain view and a newly renovated bathroom, while the other had neither. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which is usually not a problem, but we were there during a heatwave, so it was quite uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful, even though they spoke only limited English. The only thing we found very unpleasant was the breakfast service. We were not allowed to take the food ourselves; instead, we had to point to everything we wanted, and a staff member served it to us. We are not used to this and didn’t really understand the purpose of it. My children felt embarrassed having to ask for food every time, and eventually they didn’t feel like eating much. I would strongly recommend changing this part of the breakfast experience.
