Fila para praticamente tudo! Parece q o hotel não se planeja em períodos com maior quantidade de hóspedes. O restaurante da piscina sempre as mesmas comidas todos os dias, pouca variedade e nada muito além do básico. Para o investimento que pagamos, achei que fosse ser bem melhor. Por outro lado, fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários, principalmente do bar molhado e restaurante principal.

Estivemos há 4 anos atras e sentimos algumas diferenças. O quarto estava excelente, mas as toalhas estão velhas, não correspondem à qualidade que deveria pelo preço. Piscina excelente. Opções de comida estavam muito inferiores comparadas à nossa outra visita. Staff parecia sempre triste e cansados quando nos direcionávamos a eles. Alguns até de má vontade, como o caso da moça que retirava os pratos da mesa e quando pedi um guardanapo ela disse que não era sua função. Jantares português e inevitável estavam com a comida excelente, ambiente tranquilo e staff maravilhoso e atencioso. Mas a comida ainda demora muito a ser servida, assim como há 4 anos atrás. Nota ZERO pra quem teve a ideia de colocar uma escola de samba dentro do restaurante, sem acústica nenhuma, foi incômodo e insuportável. Sugiro que as atividades sejam encerradas às 22h, cumprindo a lei do silencio. Academia precisa urgente de um olhar! Goteiras do lado de fora, piso saindo, equipamentos sem manutenção e duas esteiras sem funcionar. Apesar de precisar de melhorias, tivemos dias muito felizes.

É um bom hotel para viagens em família mas ficamos decepcionados pelo alto custo e pouca entrega de atividades. Por exemplo, como fomos em baixa estação, o almoço foi servido 2 dias somente na piscina sem variedade de saladas e acompanhamentos. De maneira geral, a alimentação não surpreendeu e no restaurante "a la carte" os pratos estavam frios. Recepção muito demorada para entrega e devolução das toalhas. Muitas vezes 1 só funcionário para este atendimento além de check in e check out. 50 minutos para acender a luz da quadra de tênis. Cobraram 20 reais por 1 cartão do quarto perdido. Um absurdo frente ao valor total da hospedagem. Iluminação dos caminhos entre os blocos insuficiente e perigoso para pessoas de mais idade a noite. Mas nem tudo são problemas. Pontos fortes: Acesso ilimitado a bebidas tanto alcoólicas e não alcoólicas. Praia de fácil acesso e com estrutura de apoio. Piscina e bar da piscina excelentes. Carrinhos elétricos para transporte de bagagens e pessoas com necessidades especiais. Parabéns pelo atendimento do Vanderson, da Alice e da Debora!

Alimentação boa. Hotel bem cuidado. Recreação diversificada com equipe animada. O hotel peca na segurança por nao ter câmeras nas areas comuns. Esqueci uma sacola no restaurante da piscina com compras que tinha feito na praia de toalhas de mesa, guardanapos, saída de praia e simplesmente quem achou nao entregou no achados e perdidos. E como nao tem câmera fica por isso mesmo. 300 reais de prejuízo. Então fiquem atentos aos seus pertences.

Nos colocaram no apartamento 2418, simplesmente terrível, pois acima da laje havia uma máquina de aquecimento que fazia um barulho insuportável. Após reclamarmos, nos mudaram para outro quarto, onde encontrei a pia do banheiro entupida, o colchão deformado de um lado e o ar-condicionado sem funcionar. Depois, fomos para um terceiro apartamento, onde estava tudo ok. Foram três noites consecutivas trocando de apartamento. Também demoravam muito para repor o chopp quando acabava, tanto no bar quanto na área da praia; era preciso ficar pedindo para fazerem a reposição. Ficamos seis dias e, em todos eles, a carne da churrasqueira — a picanha — estava extremamente dura. Estávamos em um grupo de 17 pessoas e uma delas, ao comer um misto-quente feito na chapa, machucou a boca ao morder uma cerda de escova de aço, provavelmente utilizada para limpar a chapa, chegando até a sangrar. Nos seis dias em que ficamos hospedados, o café da manhã era exatamente igual; nada mudava no cardápio.

Decepcionado com a comida . Todos os restaurantes que fomos nada era bom. Comida fria , carne passada demais , massa terrível . Somente as frutas eram agradáveis. Para completar íamos sair do hotel às 7h da manhã e fomos obrigados a deixar as malas na recepção de véspera pq não tinha carrinho para locomoção. Um absurdo um resort com idosos hospedados não ter carrinho para levar as malas pq os motoristas só começavam a trabalhas às 9:40. Quero registrar a atenção dos motoristas Pedro e Wilton super educados e atenciosos. Sendo que o Wilton de espontânea vontade chegou no hotel às 6h da manhã pq ficou preocupado com os hóspedes que iriam sair cedo . Mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito para chegar a um padrão de Resort.

Nossa insatisfação foi com relação: - Refrigeração: Restaurante sem refrigeração, ambiente muito quente, somente com ventiladores de teto, na sua maioria desligados. - Quanto a alimentação: Padrão bem inferior aos demais vila Gales que conhecemos. Café da manhã de quinta feira sem bolos, Sem pão doce, geleias com pouca opção, sem geleia de frutas vermelhas. Queijos 2 opções somente. Sem máquinas de café, para opções diversas ao café e leite oferecidos. Frutas, melancia sem gosto, esbranquicada, manga verde. Almoço: comida sem tempero, sem gosto. Feijoada de sábado super salgada. Sem farofa. Sem tomate na salada. Demora na reposição dos vinhos. Vinhos brancos e roses sem refrigeração adequada. - Transporte. Tivemos que deixar as malas na recepção um dia antes de sairmos do hotel porque segundo a recepção, nao haveria transporte às 6:00 da manhã, horário que faríamos o check-out . Isto nos causou um imenso transtorno, absurdo nao haver esse serviço devido a distância dos quartos e a recepção. Enfim, pagamos muito caro e nao voltaríamos.
