EL ESTILO DE LA DECORACION DEL HOTEL ME PARECIO MUY BONITA Y ELEGANTE, EL SERVICIO Y LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL EXCELENTE, HAY DETALLES DE LIMPIEZA EN LOS BAÑOS Y EN ALGUNAS PAREDES, LA FACHADA DEL HOTEL PODRIA ESTAR MEJOR EN CUESTION DE PINTURA, EN GENERAL MUY ACEPTABLE, LA UBICACION EXCELENTE.

Desepcion

It had a feeling of being at a B&B, the owners can be seen during breakfast time, making sure his guest are pleased with their stay! The staff was very accommodating. One can ask to see the private art of Mr Elfred Lee, besides seeing some of his work on display around the hotel! For those who want to enjoy a small walk to downton Xalapa this is a great location and it is very quiet area!
