We arranged for a late check-in for our two rooms. We arrived around 2 a.m. Upon arrival we found in the lockbox two envelopes with one key-card in each envelope, but one envelope had a different name (each room of our reservation was under a different name). We went to sleep to be woken around 7am to an employee knocking. The hotel failed to leave us keys to both our rooms, but the employee did not realize until we went down and he looked on his computer. He was apologetic and offered us late check-out and breakfast (we only used two of the four). Also, one room had an old dirty Q-tip on the floor in the corner. We appreciate the ultimate accommodation and apology but it was a terrible experience.

Ce fut la 3e fois que je logeais dans cet établissement, et je suis toujours aussi satisfaite des prestations proposées. J’ai même pu profiter de la salle de sport cette fois-ci !
