Beautiful hotel in a perfect area. It wasn’t in the center of tourism, but it was a short walk to everything. The walk from the water taxi station was 5 minutes, super convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

From our arrival at the hotel our stay was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street. The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am a female traveler and I felt safe to walk alone, day and night. The staff is very helpful and responsive via email. They arranged for my pickup from the airport via private shuttle/water taxi and drop off was a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an elevator, nice A/C, very clean and comfortable room. I will stay again.

Excellent space and location! Very close to attractions and yet on a quiet street. We had our own private terrace, an amazing find in the city. It was a perfect room for our family of three, with a sun room for our daughter to provide separate, private spaces. The staff were extremely helpful and catching private water taxis at the nearby dock was seamless and convenient.

The staff were incredibly nice but the room itself was dated, not the level of cleanliness one would expect, and quite loud.

8/10 Very good

Very good location, and we had the top room which was beautiful and had a roof top terrace. Checkin was smooth and the staff was helpful in arranging water taxis. However, there was no WiFi in the room and we were told that because the room was on top they could do nothing about it. We had to put one of our phones a floor down and used it as a WiFi repeater, which seemed to work. Really don't understand why they couldn't just do the same, especially since they claim wifi in room on Expedia. Asides from that, I Recomend this hotel based on: Great location, friendly staff, clean, big bathroom and the top floor room had windows all around and a lot of character. The roof top terrace that comes with the room was a huge added bonus.
