If I could rate this 10 out of 5 stars, I would. The staff were friendly and quiet, the place was relatively easy to find and the room itself was spacious, clean, and stocked with anything I needed (other than a microwave, lool) There was complimentary coffee and water on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd, games for me and my boyfriend to play (chess, billiards, uno, and cards against humanity) with a dry bar! I didn't check the parking garages, but they have them cleaned regularly and I was told it's free. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and book in the future!

This is a good place to stay. Large. Clean. Comfortable beds and convenient kitchen. The only weird experience was the Hotel/Apartment asking for so much personal information upfront. I booked with Hotels.com but Placemakr sent me messages asking for way too much personal information. When I arrived they said that was legit. But I have to say I blocked out all important info for safety reasons. It just seemed too pushy and unnecessary.

The apartment is very modern clean and the building appears updated and safe. The views, patio and hot tub are fantastic and the beds are very comfortable! Pre-check in was difficult; however, upon arrival the concierge was very helpful. I didn't notice a microwave and the toaster didn't work but I brought it to the attention of the concierge on check out and believe it would be taken care of.

Staff are gracious and communication is awesome! I loved the layout and design finishes (feels very posh)! The amenities are very much appreciated, including the huge refrigerator, washer and dryer (bigger than what I have at home)! I felt very relaxed and looked forward to returning to the room. Positives: The room itself was very nice in its layout. The kitchen was wonderful, the balcony was nice, and the TV login system was great. Negatives: When we went to bed (LATE), we discovered multiple hairs of differing color. They were Dark Brown and Blond, while my wife’s hair is dyed blue (which rules her out). We discovered a second set of bedding and decided to give the room a second chance. Inside the bedding bag were more hairs, again of different color. This tells us multiple people have accessed this bed without replacing it (unless the cleaning staff has multi-colored hair). I reached out to the text number at 1:38AM to address this, no response. We decided we wanted to talk to the night manager to check out at 2:20AM. We spoke with the night manager and explained the situation and that we wanted a refund of the room. I figured if they could not give a refund, they would counter with another room or something. Instead, the night manager agreed, but that I would have to do it through our procurer (Hotels.com). I reached out to Hotels.com and they got a different claim from the (daytime) general manager. They claimed we were unwilling to work with them on solutions and that our claim did not meet the standard of a refund and that we were unreasonable. After showing Hotels.com the photos, they increased the refund amount above the 30% offer from the hotel itself. We would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
