Quarto incrível, bem equipado, pena que ficamos somente dois dias. A dificuldade são as escadas, a gente esquece que prédios históricos não há como colocar elevadores

It was only a five-minute walk for Delft railway station, which was important to me as I was on an Interrail trip around mainland Europe. There were also trams nearby. The hotel was in a very nice area Delft is really quite lovely. There was no shortage of restaurants and bars very close by. It was slightly confusing that the registration for La Noire hotel is at the hotel next door, but not an issue. I was pleased that the bedroom had a fridge - I consider that quite important to keep drinks cool.

Roskakori ja minijääkaappi puuttui. Suihkuhuoneessa ei ollut lattiakaivoa ,aina märkä lattia joka oli tosi liukas, ja suihkusta puuttui suojaverho tai suihkuseinä. Portaat jotka johtivat huoneen ovelle olivat tosi kapeat ja jyrkät. Vaaralliset portaat. Huone sijaitsi vastapäätä kanavaa eri rakennuksessa. Vessa ovi läpinäky eikä lukkoa.

Mooie nette kamer met koelkastje en airco. Het grote bed lag heerlijk. Prima koffie en ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heb je wat nodig, vraag het bij de receptie.

Nice hotel, but a bit behind on maintenance. The room was nice and spacious, but the bed was awful, with springs sticking in your back. That’s a deal-breaker

We had a terrible experience. We went to check in for our reserved room at Hotel La Noire. at 3:00 pm . After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be. We said that was not what we agreed to, showed her our reservation on the Expedia site,with the street address of the Hotel La Noire. She said we were wrong and they we had agreed to the change. We would never had agreed to that and had no communication with the hotel ever to agree to such change. We asked for a room at the Hotel LA Noire even offered to pay more, we were told there were no rooms. We asked to talk to the manger and were told he was not available and could not be reached. We asked for a refund and she said she could not do that .We argued that she was wrong for several minutes, She was argumentative and rude. She never apologized. We took her picture , the picture of the place she took us to. we then booked a new hotel on Hotels.com. This scam should be stopped.
