8/10 Very good

Safe, clean and good value for the price. Near air plane path, occasionally loud airplane noise, freeway noise. Very convenient for travel and stores nearby.

Amazing stay very quiet and clean just the place to have a overnight stay plus close to the freeway entrance and exits also some places to grab a bite to eat. Staff is friendly and very welcoming and I love they offer popcorn or soda as a late night snack for a decent price.

The rooms here are always clean and comfortable, the staff are very attentive on giving you extra towels and other amenities like coffee, ironing board and iron, and they have some snacks at the window ,soda, water, popcorn for a movie night. The ac works very well and the location is awesome because you have food and shopping locations near by to restock the mini fridge if you want.

Room clean, staff great, ac worked amazing, there was one issue room seemed to be short on outlets. It was a dual bed with nightstand between would have been great to have a plug there for phone or medical devices to plug in.

Place was very clean, property was old, but the kept it up. No funky smells, comfortable beds...working A/C. For the price, you can't beat it. Only issue was, the room #'s are extremely hard to find/read. Especially if you are checking in after dark like we did.

I have stayed at this hotel many times the staff upfront one checking in. They’re always pleasant no matter what time of the day or night this last time the gentleman even called me by my name. The funny thing is I haven’t stayed there in two years and he still remembered me that makes you feel good.

8/10 Very good

The property offers an affordable price in a desirable location. The only aspect that could have been improved was the comfort of the bed, which felt rather hard. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was satisfactory.

2/10 Poor

We selected this motel due to its 9.2 guest rating. I seriously don’t understand how it is that high. Despite the bed being very comfortable and the lobby clerks being very friendly, the rest of the experience was just horrible. The bath tub was filthy, with a ring of scum around it. The tub faucet dripping water. Toilet paper holder inoperable. You had to find the sweet spot for the sink faucet to turn off completely. Toilet runs and runs after flushing. The drapes were filthy black and the windows were dusty and full of fingerprints. Wallpaper peeling off the wall at the entryway. The coffee machine was missing the filter so no coffee for us! The lady that checked us out was very friendly. I told her about the issues and she was genuinely concerned about our experience. She took notes and promised to fix everything.
