Really nice friendly staff. Clean room, quite a nice size, comfy bed and good shower. Windows need replacing as very, very drafty and due to Storm Austin they leaked. Lovely heater to keep us warm though. Good bar, fab live music and really good food. We were expecting basic pub grub, but it was much, much nicer and very tasty and so we ate here two nights in a row.

Very good stay at The Crown at Emsworth. Check-in was really smooth and super friendly. Also, they were really accommodating with our dog, which was great! The Crown Inn and their staff NEVER fail ! On Sunday i celebrated my 69 years with friends at The Crown . The roast dinner was excellent hot and amazing veg , the service despite being so busy was very attentive and the music the followed was just great ! They could not do any more to make us have a great time and to top it all the whole pub sang Happy Birthday to me !!! I have also stayed in the past and rooms are clean, beds comfy and you could not ask for more !

Very friendly and welcoming staff who dealt with all my queries efficiently. Lovely cleaning staff. Really comfortable bed and bedding. Great bathroom with good shower. The heated towel rail does work but if it isn't on you need to ask the staff to turn it on for you. Great location within Emsworth. When we arrived (friday night) there was really noisy entertainmennt in the bar but we couldn't hear it from our room (2 floors up). I imagine it might be noisy in the summer as the beer garden is just under the room but there were different rooms facing different directions so there were alternatives.

The room I was in had been refurbished and so was very clean and fresh. Also included was a mini-fridge which was very handy, Nice enclosed rear seating in rear courtyard. Good range food menu. There was live music on each evening the nights I was staying (Tuesday to Saturday) but there were quieter areas to sit in around. The Inn is quite old so the stairs have quirky twists and turns. The Inn is situated centrally in Emsworth with Co-op and Tesco mini store with cashpoint nearby. Emsworth has been bypassed so quiet traffic wise.
