Wir waren zufrieden, Frühstück gut, Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Grünanlagen vor dem Hotel wurden gepflegt und müssen noch wachsen.

Neues modernes Hotel gegenüber vom Filmpark Babelsberg. Viel Platz in der Lobby und im Zimmer. Nur Hotelgäste und Angestellte gelangen durch Autorisierung in den Aufzügen auf die Etagen und in die anderen Bereiche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Vielleicht könnte man z.B. noch Fisch anbieten und es sollte einen zweiten Kaffeeautomaten geben.

Neues Hotel mit modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Platzsituation beim Frühstück ist etwas angespannt wenn gleichzeitig viele Leute kommen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage kostet 15 € /Nacht.

Ein schönes Hotel direkt gegenüber den Babelsberg Filmstudios. Potsdam ist mit dem Bus bequem erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, das Bett bequem, der Service zuvorkommend. Leider ist das Zimmer viel zu warm. Die Klimaanlage scheint zu schwach dimensioniert zu sein. Auch wenn sie den Tag durchläuft, schafft sie es nicht, dass Zimmer auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen. Dazu kommt ein Frühstück, dass tatsächlich eher unterer Standard ist. Einfache Fabrik-Brötchen, einfacher Aufschnitt. Heben tut das ganze ein bisschen frisches Obst und eine kleine Müsli-Auswahl. Kaffee und Tee sind gut. Für so ein schönes Hotel schade. Eine Kooperation mit einem Bäcker vor Ort (Potsdam hat hier einiges anzubieten) wäre sicher eine gute Wahl. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt für gut aber verbesserungswürdig empfunden.

Unser Aufenthalt im April 2025 neu eröffneten Hotel war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse auf dem Frühstücks Buffett war sehr wenig. Es gab jeweils nur 3 Sorten zur Wahl. Auf dem Bett lag eine einzige große Bettdecke, die sehr schwer war. Da wir dies beim Schlafen nicht gewöhnt sind, baten wir um zwei kleine Bettdecken, die es aber nicht mehr gab. So wurde uns noch eine ebenfalls sehr große 2. Decke aufs Zimmer gelegt. Auch die 2. Bettdecke war sehr schwer, so dass ein gutes Schlafen kaum möglich war. Eine Beschreibung für die Nutzung der Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil gewesen. Wir konnten max. 3 Grad von der eingespeicherten Temperatur runter regeln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr sehr neu das merkt man auch. Es fehlt einem an nichts das Frühstück ist Preisleitungsmäßig ein Traum. Der Save im Zimmer kostenlos nutzbar. Und es ist der perfekte Ort um zwischen Berlin und Potsdam zu pendeln. Einziger klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt die Türen schließen manchmal nicht richtig da muss man nochmal nachdrücken. Im Grunde nichts schlimmes aber das Reinigungspersonal muss dies auch tun an 3 von 5 Tagen konnte ich nachmittags/abends wenn ich zurück kam meine zimmertüre einfach ohne Karte öffnen. Meine wichtigen Dinge waren eh im Safe aber trotzdem das sollte nicht sein. Ansonsten Personal Frühstück Zimmer alles wirklich top! Wir sehen uns sehr sicher wieder :-)

Das Personal war bemüht die Wünsche umzusetzen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Für jeden Geschmack gab es etwas. Im Großen und Ganzen war ich mit der Unterkunft zu frieden. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, das dritte Bett war jedoch eine Couch, dass hätte man dann auch schreiben müssen.Die Dusche im Bad war riesig. Für ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit Einschränkungen wäre ein kleiner Duschhocker sinnvoll. Den gab es aber nur in den Behindertenzimmern.
