The general hotel was lovely, the pool, reception and bar area were well maintained and the staff were friendly, but our room was very tired. For the price we paid we were disappointed. It was a family room but was extremely cramped to the point we could not open a suitcase on the floor as there was no floor space. The decoration also very much needed an updated.

Fuimos en viaje familiar (2 adultos, 2 peques (6 años y 3 años). No puedes pedir nada mejor, hotel al pie del malecón de la playa, restaurantes y locales comerciales cerca. El hotel espectacular en todo sentido, recomendamos el desayuno y sobre todo el almuerzo (buenísimo), todo es tipo buffet, cuando llegamos no habíamos pedido el desayuno, pero al final decidimos pedir la media pensión, y fue un acierto... recomendamos pedir minimo la media pension. El hotel cuenta con una piscina, que mejor que después de desayunar en el mismo hotel, bajar a la piscina, después salir a dar una vuelta por los locales cercanos, ya en la tarde ir a la playa, y en la noche rematar con un recorrido por el malecón... El hotel tiene parking, no lo habíamos reservado y cuando llegamos ya estaba lleno, asi que buscamos parking cercano en la calle... aunque puedes aparcar en algunos parking cerrados cercanos, pero son un poco caros la verdad... Como comentamos en el mismo hotel, vamos a repetir... :)

Het hotel was schoon. Het ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk ook de rest van het personeel is vriendelijk. Op loopafstand van de haven met een prachtig zandstrand. De bedden zijn wat te hard maar dat is persoonlijk. Een extra kussen op het bed zou fijn zijn. De kamer en de badkamer zijn goed schoon. Het douchen in bad vond ik echt gevaarlijk. De extra handgreep is er als je in het bad stapt. De bodem van het bad is echt glad. Ik miste een extra handgreep om mijn benen te wassen en om eruit te stappen. Desondanks een prima hotel!

No me gustó que a mitad de la estancia me cambiaran la habitación con la excusa de que la habitación en la que estaba alojada la había alquilado otro cliente. Me alojaron en una habitación que tenía el cristal muy sucio, la lámpara estaba rota, ponían muy poco jabón y Champú para tres clientes que eramos en la misma habitación, incluso nos falto una toalla de ducha. Quitaron el buffet para hacerlo Menú, cuando habíamos pagado buffet y justo cuando nos fuimos lo cambiaron a buffet. Durante la cena pedimos un yogur para llevar a la habitación para tomar una medicación y me lo denegaron.

Buena ubicación, primera linea de playa, personal muy agradable, buena cocina, habitaciones amplias y confortables. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia en la playa, para descansar, para cargar pilas. Lo único que no me pareció del todo bien es no querer o tener la intención de buscar otra alternativa de habitación a la llegada. El lo siento es que estamos completos, es que no nos dijeron que .......... No me pareció correcto siendo como soy tamvien recepcionista de hotel y sabiendo cómo van los temas. Aunque no fuera posible, no hacer el gesto de ..vamos a ver qué podemos hacer, aunque luego fuera que no . Mostrar interés en tratar de cambiar es lo que tendría que haber hecho la persona que nos gestionó la llegada. Es una opinión, claro está. Aunque la solución hubiera sido la misma, de cara al cliente, no fue la mejor imagen, la verdad.

Mi reseña es de 3,5 pero coloco 4 por la buena actitud general del personal. Este es un hotel que a pesar de tener su encanto necesita lo más pronto posible una actualización/reforma. Lo positivo: tiene una excelente ubicación, camas comodas tomando en cuenta el precio y un personal amable. Las mejoras pendientes: actualizar las instalaciones, ascensor (solo hay 1 y es lento), area de lobby, la piscina (esta expuesta hacia los edificios y se siente mas piscina de edificio que de un hotel, el desayuno a pesar de ser completo se limita a la culinaria española (pocas opciones de proteína) Digo actualizar porque existen opciones tan bien ubicadas, mucho mas modernas y completas a precios no tan diferentes a los de este hotel. Para los que compren por expedia, lleven un recibo a la mano ya que en el lobby deben confirmar el pago para luego entenderse con esa empresa.

Great Time

we stayed there as a family for two nights full board. the staff were all very friendly and very helpful. they gave us maps and directions. the location is excellent for walking along the front. all the staff spoke fair to good English. the food was brilliant and very tasteful, the only drawback was that the meal courses came to fast one after the other, but suffice to say i was full after the meals, three and four courses. the kids of course could not get through the food so we amended our orders accordingly car parking provided. overall a very good stop over for a few days, i would have liked to have stayed longer, but business drew me away
