I booked a room with sea view, but got a room without sea view,, towards a very noisy street and no view AND they asked me to pay for the room, even though I had payed already to Hotels.com .

J’ai passé 3 nuits à l’hôtel Moukawama à Dakhla du 24.09 au 27.09.2026 et j’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour. L’accueil était chaleureux, l’ambiance agréable et le personnel très serviable. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier M. Abdessamad, le responsable, pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Il a été très attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne de passage à Dakhla. Merci à toute l’équipe et particulièrement à Abdessamad ! 🙏⭐
