Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. The hotel itself is not too bad with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Entry by car was hard to find and on my last day after checkout, staff was almost forcing me to take my car out of their carpark even though I have parked there for less then 24 hours and said if I left car any longer I will have to pay an hourly rate. Not great experience.

酒店後面就是小樽購物街，對面就就是運河及倉庫，側面有付費停車場，非常方便。酒店設計時尚，值得一讚是房間床褥非常舒服。Public bath雖然不是溫泉水但環境還是不錯。
