The room was very, very, clean.; and the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. It’s a perfect location! Very close to Kagoshima-Chuo, and there’s many restaurants and convenience stores nearby! I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in Kagoshima. My only negative point: the power shuts off when the room card is removed. For people that work online, uploads and downloads will cease when your computer runs out of battery power. It was a minor issue, that made me change my work schedule while doing tourist activities. I will still stay here again in the future. Thank you, Hotel Noir!

フロントのお兄さん、お姉さんがとても親切でした。 鹿児島駅からも近くホテルもキレイで、駅付近に飲食のお店もいっぱいあり１人旅でしたが充分満足できました。 自分の県からはものすごく遠いので、またすぐには行けませんが(笑)機会があればまた利用したいです。

良かった点 ・立地 ・客室など全体的にキレイだった 悪かった点 ・予約サイトでは毎日清掃と書いてあったが、実際は8日以上連泊しないと清掃なし。 ・コーヒーメーカーが壊れていて使えなかった。それに関して何の説明もない。 ・他の人の口コミでも書いてあったが、ルームウェアが廊下にある説明がなかった。 ・スタッフはずっとおしゃべりしてて、客が出入りしてても無視。 立地は本当に最高なので、総合的に嫌な思い出にはなっていないです。 部屋に清掃入って欲しくなくて安く泊まりたい人はオススメ。 しっかりしたサービスを受けたい人は他にした方がいいと思います。
