Hotel is in serious need of updating. The lobby and room smelled, and the bathroom ceiling had roof leak stains on them. Front desk clerk was friendly at check in but another employee at check out refused to give me a paid receipt showing all charges. I won’t stay here again!

Very very unhappy that you charged me, a traveling nurse, for a room i didnt and couldn't stay related to car accident/engine failure. I definitely will Not recommend you to any of my colleagues! So glad Rodeway inn was able to accommodate me when i told them what happen as i traveling! Thanks for being so accommodating.

being disabled it was nice to have a room as close to the front desk and on ground floor reducing distance to/from entrance/exit and allowing me to park in handicap space without a handicap recognition stamp/hanger in my rental car. staff was courteous and room was nice and bed cozy. bathroom needs some grab bars for safety. I was afraid to shower as a result and toilets kind of low. otherwise a pleasant stay along my route. right off of I-80. I'll be a repeat customer.
