Staff is attentive. I booked a classic double room for 4 pax, it has a king bed and a double bed. Housekeeper change our towels and replenish room amenities daily. Hotel has basic amenities like washer and dryer, 2 exercise bikes and a treadmill outside the laundry room. Instant noodles and soft drinks are available for purchase at the lobby. Overall, we are satisfied with hotel service and environment.

Amazing location and friendly staff

Amazing location for the hotel. Hotel staff were super friendly and were very helpful. We got a late check out for a later flight which was amazing! There is a washer and dryer which is great to use! The only issue is that someone smoked in the bathroom so there was cigarette smoke in the room. No fridge in the room which wasn't a problem. Otherwise it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Value for money

It was really hard to find after a long day travelling and without the help of some locals we’d still be looking now! The entrance lets it down but once inside it’s fine. With regards to value for money it’s great, a bit funky, with supplies to purchase in the lobby including drinks and snacks at really good prices. Really useful laundry facilities and free too! When you’re done with Asian food you’ll find a fab little Italian at the end of the road called Napoli. There’s some artisan coffee shops and bakeries which were lovely too.

We had a really great stay overall. The room was very nice, a decent size, and super clean. Really central location which was sooooo good. One thing we appreciated was being able to message reception on WeChat to let them know when we wanted the room cleaned, since we were usually still asleep during the usual cleaning time. The free noodle/ramen bar was a really cool bonus! The lobby itself is also really cool and has a great vibe. The only downside was the hallway leading to the rooms, it could definitely use a good clean/vacuum. There was sometimes a weird smell and it just looked a bit dirty compared to the rest of the hotel - rooms and common areas were super clean tho!! PS: The hotel is quite hard to find at first as there aren’t proper signs. It’s right next to the Lawson, go into the doors beside Lawson, take the elevator up to Level 2, and you’ll find it. If you think you’re in the wrong place, you’re probably in the right place 😂 Overall, a great stay and would recommend! just don’t panic when you’re trying to find the entrance!

The hotel was very cozy, modern and fun. The aesthetics of the hotel is really nice. They had an arcade in the lobby which is really nice when waitng for the laundry. The hotel is close to many restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops. I really enjoyed picking up my food from the vendors in the morning and going to Luckin (3 minute walk) for coffee and then bring it back to eat. They had a window booth, with high chairs so you can eat and enjoy the scenery (busy streets). They have a communal microwave which is convenient for heating up leftovers. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Before I left, they even prepared me a souvenir. The only downside about the hotel is that other people might secretly smoke, and the smoke smell would travel through the room. Therefore exposed to second hand smoking. The staffs informed me that they have a policy where people aren't allowed to smoke but they do it secretly and the staff cannot tell who and would put the other guests in an awkward position. That's understandable, but as someone who is sensitive to smell and asthma, I would reconsider before booking again. The staff tried their best to help and informed that they can do a deep cleaning of the room so that the room would smell fresher. As someone working in hospitality, it would be nice if they can send out reminders to all guest that smoking is prohibited and follow up with after-care service.
