Unfortunately, we didn’t get to stay at the Radisson because our flights were cancelled at the last minute and we had to completely rearrange our trip.
The only experience we can comment on is Radisson’s attitude toward customer service. Even under these exceptional circumstances, they strictly followed their procedures and did not offer any refund( this is the message they passed through hotels.com). I’m sure they were able to fill our cancelled room with other guests. On top of that, the communication between Hotels.com and Radisson was inconsistent, which made the situation even more frustrating.
