Upon opening the door to my room, I was hit with a musty, unpleasant odor. It wasn't just "closed-up room" smell; it was a persistent damp, almost mildewy stench that seemed embedded in the walls and fabrics. It never dissipated, even with the air conditioner running on high. Sleeping and relaxing in that environment was incredibly uncomfortable.
The carpet was visibly filthy. It was matted down, dotted with numerous unidentifiable stains (some dark, some suspiciously sticky), and clearly hadn't been through a deep clean in a very long time. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. I think they can do better wasn’t like this few months ago.
