It is an apartment in a residential building within walking distance from the center of Säffle. Extremely clean, I am taking of my shoes at the entrance. Two bedrooms easily sleeping four. A full kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a large living room. Oh yes, and a small balcony too! Very reasonably priced. There is parking across the street. A little big for one person, but I can handle it. When I come back either alone or with my whole family, this is where I am staying! That is if my review will not get this place fully booked! Please remember, this is not a hotel, it is a cozy, large apartment in a residential building. I did get an email the morning of my arrival with full details on how to get inside using lockboxes. When needed, a phone call solves everything that may be in question.

Very difficult to find the room based in an aprtmemt complex at a different address. Booked and arrived 6 people - but one of the double beds had been used and sheets not changed / cleaned. No staff on address and arrived late

When check-in neared I got a message with entry codes and information that the booked appartement was at an entirely different address than the one in the listing. Got no information about how to get into the appartment, just keypad code for main entrance and the code to a master-lock. When I messaged the host to get more information about how to actually get into the appartment, I got no response. The host does also not have any phone number listed, so messaging through Hotels.com was my only way of communicating with them. When we got to the address, we had to ask random tenants in the building how we could get to the appartment, because we had NO instructions. The whole experience felt really unsafe and shady, so when we found the appartment we turned around and booked another hotel because the whole situation felt really unsafe. Afterwards, while still in my booking period, I tried to reach out to the host to let them know of my bad experience, but was once again met with complete silence from the host. Would not recommend this host for anything except maybe backpackers or work travels. NOT suitable for families, and you might also not get booked into the address you expect based on the listing.

Var veldig vanskelig å finne. Lå i et leilighetskompleks der vi måtte ha kode på 2 dører. Etter mye leting og spørre i nabolaget fant vi tlf og ringte utleier. Da fikk vi hjelp asap. Rent, men vi savnet TV. Byen var vakker. Her må det medbringes shampoo og såpe. Lå en ICA butikk borti gata som stenger 22.00

Lägenheten var helt okej. Vore bra om det stod att hotellet är olika lägenheter runt omkring i Säffle. Vi åkte först till adressen i annonsen men såg då meddelandet om en annan adress för lägenheten. Det var inte lätt att hitta den, så vi ringde och fick fin hjälp. Vi fick även byta till ett annat rum som även den var på en tredje adress. Svårt att hitta och svårt att komma in då det visade sig att de bytt låskoden. Receptionisten var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam hela tiden.

Lägenheten var stor och rymlig. Det var 69 trappor upp till lägenheten, utan hiss, någonting som inte nämndes i beskrivningen. Vi klarade oss men vissa hade inte det. Det var kladdigt i köket på skåpsdörrarna och det fanns bara en sliten svamp som man inte hade lust att använda. I badrummet var avloppsgallret övertejpat med silvertejp. Det har man aldrig sett på ett hotell! I stort sätt var vistelsen bra (två nätter). Priset var överkomligt och location centralt vid Holgers Café.

+ Det var rent/bra städat. Gott om vanliga bad handdukar. + Bra läge till vårdcentralen och ICA - Det luktade illa i trapphuset och en del oljud utifrån. - Synd att det inte fanns hårtork och skohorn samt fanns bara 1 toalettrulle (den var dessutom inte helt ny) och bara 1 handduk för att torka händerna. - kuddarna var usla, nästan helt platta.

Stedet var meget rent og nemt at komme til. Vi blev positivt overraskede over, at der var et køkken med alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Vi vidste ikke, at den ene seng var en meget tynd foldemadras/sovesofa. Den endte med at være fin til vores barn, men det er noget, man skal være opmærksom på, hvis man kun er voksne. Vores seng var meget komfortabel. Stedet var stille, sikkert og meget behageligt.

Indtjekningen fungerede fint. Værelset var koldt, der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset og armaturet var utæt, så det sprøjtede med vand til alle sider. Gardinerne var tynde og gennemsigtige og kunne ikke dække det store vindue, dvs. der kom lys fra parkeringspladsen ind i værelset. Billederne var ikke i overensstemmelse med det værelse vi overnattede i.

Vi havde bestilt lejlighed til 6personer. Vi fik en lejlighed med 4 senge plus en enkelt sofa i stuen. Der var redt op til 4 personer, så en person måtte ligge uden sengetøj og to personer måtte dele seng og dyne. Vi ankom så sent, så vi orkede ikke at ringe til jer Men det erjegmrget utilfreds med.
