Great option when staying in the dc area as opposed to a hotel for a few night. Metro to DC is a short walk, scooters and bikes everywhere to hop on. Many food options close by. Even the airport was only a 20min walk. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Only 1 towel per person, but it was fine. The building itself was very clean and decorated nicely as was the landscape on the property. This area is very clean and feels extremely safe to walk around (well lit) even close to midnight. I’d definitely stay here again next time I come to explore the DC museums and monuments further.

Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment unannounced at a moment I specifically asked them not to, disrupting an important online appointment. There were more requirements for checkout than a hotel. Conclusion: Seemed like a good choice for my needs and likes overall even with the inconveniences.

This apartment was wonderful! In a prime and safe location just 10 minutes away from DC, and the local area in Alexandria was beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Incredibly quiet and serene, parking was convenient, we had all of the supplies we needed from clothing irons to hangers and complimentary sanitary products! I have only positive things to say about this unit and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking to come to the area!
