Great hotel for three adults in one room, excellent value and superior for the price compared to similar chain hotels.

The room was nice but you could tell it doesn’t get deep cleaned between stays just a quick wipe over. Staff member was very helpful for us. Quite noisy you can hear other people in the hotel as if they were in the room with you! Nice food places and a co op quite close. And very close to stations. Wouldn’t stay there again. But alright stay.

We rented a two bed apartment - with two rooms sharing one bathroom which worked out great for our family of four. Room nice and clean and bathroom has provided toiletries. One down side is the room got rather hot in June. We were provided a fan with little help as we dare not running the risk of mosquitoes flying in if we open the window. Overall a decent stay

Location was the best part, in walking distance for canary wharf and by the water. Amazing! Close to the train and restaurants

Spacious room at an affordable price. Good for family of four for a short stay not far from London City Airport.

Perfectly functional room to stay in. Clean room, linen etc. Could have done with the towels/loo roll etc being refreshed as we stayed for 3 nights. Very few plug sockets, and one was broken. En-suite bathroom would suggest that it was in your room. But had to go through a corridor/ landing area to us our "designated" bathroom. Towels were small and not ideal when you're trying to do a dash from the bathroom. All in all don't expect anything fancy. But it still served it's purpose as a clean place to get our heads down for a long weekend at a cheap cost.

Good value for money

Totally renovated! Very good value for money in London!

Stayed here for a visit to the O2. Good location close to transport links. Nice clean rooms, recently renovated. Only downside was no aircon/fan so had to keep windows open which meant noise from outside could be heard. Will definitely stay again.

We booked this for its closeness to the O2. It ended up, not that accessible for the O2, the outside of the building and area isn’t the best but the room itself made up for it, spacious, modern and very clean. So overall, great value for the price

Lovely.

Very clean and spacious room. We had low expectations reading the reviews but surprised us a lot! Showed to our room by a lovely man. We just used as a base as we had a gig at 02. Complimentary water, tea, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Great hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be very clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The toilet and shower facilities were also clean and well-maintained. Overall, the room offered excellent value for the price. It's conveniently located about 20 minutes away from the O2 Arena, making it a great choice for events. The only downside is the need for more plug sockets; I could have used a few extra for all my devices. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even escorted me to my room, which added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Would use again!

Would definitely use again. Used for a girls weekend. Informed the staff when we would roughly arrive, as i got a message asking. No one was on the desk when we got there so i called the number from the website and a member of staff turned up within 5 mins. Friendly and polite. Room modern and clean!

A bit odd… value for money

Odd rooms, separate toilet/shower to share with others. The sofa chair was stained and the pillows underneath the cases were very yellow. Wasn’t filthy but wasn’t cleaned to a good standard - lots of dust and some of the plug sockets were broken. Tv wasn’t facing the bed/chair so would have hand to stand to watch it! Bathroom was very clean. Staff were lovely. Good location and value for money I suppose if you’re not going to be spending a long time in there.

2/10 Poor

Room not ready on arrival, had to move rooms during stay, flush didn’t work, room was dirty (old socks found under bed), bath / jacuzzi not clean. Never again.
