"These are studio apartment rented out. It's a shame hotel.Com is listing such property.it should be black listed and I should get a refund. No ac working in common areas / need room.. Room changes, refrigerator not working in new room. From 1030 pm till midnight no water in bathroom. No one other than security at reception to address the situation. Food quality very poor, I don't think this property is worth more than 1500/night. Plastic spoon and bowls in dining area. Thrash around property. Swimming pool probably not cleaned regularly, timing of pool not followed, we were told it closed at 8 by one person, another told 7, but guests were swimming even at 10."
