A beautiful property in the heart of Évora, with truly outstanding staff. Ana at reception was amazing — she went above and beyond, helping us with parking and a smooth check-in. We loved the ambience of this boutique hotel, and the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all of Évora’s major sights. Breakfast was delicious, with a great spread to choose from. Lovely large room with very spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Beautiful hotel with lots of different seating areas. Great location in Evora. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Parking was a little more challenging but that would apply to pretty much every hotel in the centre. The reception staff were very helpful about parking locations. Thoroughly recommend

The hotel is super charming and quiet, it was newly renovated. It was conveniently located. The service was top notch and it was easy to get in and out after the initial arrival. The pool area was great to lounge and relax at. The breakfast buffet was varied, filling and tasty. They offered a lot of complimentary treats and beverages which was a pleasant surprise.

We have recently returned from a 6 night stay at the CICIOSO boutique hotel and it was excellent, I can’t fault it. The staff were so welcoming and attentive that they made you feel special. The building itself was beautifully restored, rooms spacious and very clean, bed really comfortable and the pool and area was lovely to relax in after a sightseeing day. Breakfast was included and very substantial with lots of choice hot and cold and beautifully presented. Lunch or snacks were an option for hotel guests with local dishes and competitively priced. Hotel itself was within walking distance to areas of interest, shops and restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend.
