I booked a family room which was just what we needed the room was clean good air conditioning plenty of towels in the bathroom. All the staff are friendly helpful and very professional. The cafe / restaurant also very good we had breakfast and lunch both lovely, will definitely book this hotel again next time I go to London

Excellent service from the very attentive staff in both reception and during breakfast. The standard rooms are somewhat compact, as is to be expected with this style of hotel, offering accommodation at a very competetive price in a prime central London location. Facilities are of good quality and cleanliness is well maintained. A good base for a short break in the capital.

The room was very clean, and had up to date controls for window shutters, lights. Etc The bed was comfy and pillows. Its the first hotel ive stayed thst had ost milk available in the room. Really cute cakes on arrival with a welcome card. The location was excellent. Right next to the national portrait gallery. Ive fractured my back and found the lift and room, plus location great.

We were very pleased with this hotel. the location is great - even though it is right in the middle with a great location to reach all the best tourist spots it is a nice quite corner. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast buffet was great to get our day started. Also loved coming back for the afternoon happy hour - delicious cheese and crackers with great choices of drinks were all included. I would recommend this hotel

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were well kept and well stocked. I only wish they had other basic toiletries like facial tissue. The location was excellent. Centrally located, close to 3 underground stations. I did however notice that with the hotel entrance being quite small, I'd have to step around rubbish sacks and the occasional sleeping unhoused(? Or intoxicated) person. Having these 2 "obstructions" was annoying as a hotel guest.

We had a 4 night stay at this location we made it to the hotel at 8am. They held our bags for us, told us the room wouldn’t be ready until 3:30. We were very close to the many museums and restaurants. The breakfast was very good, a wide selection. All around a great location and place to stay. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, I would recommend this hotel everyone!

Loved staying at this hotel. Everywhere was clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly and I loved my room. I stayed in a Queen bed room with air conditioning, en-suite, tv, kettle and hairdryer. Compact but excellent for me as a solo traveller. Will definitely return. The breakfast was delicious and the bar was staffed 24 hours. The central position of this hotel is fabulous - and a great price.
