Liebe Simone Ballack, Sie haben nichts davon, stĂ€ndig nur gute Bewertungen von GĂ€sten des Hotels zu bekommen, die lediglich eine Nacht bei Ihnen bleiben. Wir waren fast eine Woche GĂ€ste im von Ihnen gefĂŒhrten Hotel. Nach unserer Meinung sollten Sie mehr vor Ort sein und nach dem Rechten schauen. Ihr Personal ist tatsĂ€chlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht professionell. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist ausreichend und gut. Aber dass Teile des Personals morgens zusammen mit der Nachbarschaft direkt vor dem sehr liebevoll angerichteten BĂŒffet sitzt und sich unterhĂ€lt, hat uns sehr verwundert. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern versagt bei Außentemperaturen ĂŒber 30 Grad vollstĂ€ndig und wenn fast alle Zimmer belegt sind und die Klimaanlagen laufen springt stĂ€ndig die Sicherung heraus und die Zimmer sind ohne Strom. Der große Vorteil Ihres Hotels ist tatsĂ€chlich der wunderschöne Blick von oben auf den Gardasee und die sehr schön eingerichteten öffentlichen Bereiche. Man kann auf der Terrasse sitzen und in Ruhe entspannen und den Blick auf den See genießen. Aber nach 21.00 Uhr ist kein Personal mehr da und die GĂ€ste sind auf sich allein gestellt (inclusive Selbstbedienung an der Bar mit „Kasse des Vertrauens“). Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und sehr hellhörig. Wenn in den Nachbarzimmern die ToilettenspĂŒlung geht, denkt man, man ist gerade selbst im Bad. Der KĂŒhlschrank kĂŒhlt nicht wirklich, verbraucht Strom und heizt das Zimmer zusĂ€tzlich auf.

Tout Ă©tait absolument parfait , notre sĂ©jour Ă  Ă©tĂ© des plus agrĂ©ables dans une chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle avec un grand balcon avec une vue merveilleuse sur le lac de Garde.Une grande piscine avec des transats. des terrasses pour le dĂ©jeuner particuliĂšrement copieux. Un seul petit bĂ©mol, le restaurant ne proposait que des pizzas et des pĂątes, la moitiĂ© de la carte n’étant pas accessible. Mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de goĂ»ter pleinement d’un endroit magique !!

Nytt hotell uppe pÄ bergssidan med underbar utsikt över Gardasjön. Otroligt gullig personal! Branta backar bÄde med bil och till fots, vilket kan vara bra att veta om man inte Àr fullt rörlig. En kort promenad ner för berget finns ett brett utbud av trevliga restauranger, och en liten supermarket. Vi var hÀr i lÄgsÀsong tidigt juni, sÄ vi fick bÄde poolomrÄdet och restaurangen nÀstan för oss sjÀlva. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse pÄ MioMio och hoppas fÄ möjlighet att ÄtervÀnda i framtiden. Rekommenderas starkt!

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Schrank oder eine Kommode!!! Man weiß nicht, wo man seine WĂ€sche ablegen soll. Man lebt definitiv aus dem Koffer. Geht ĂŒberhaupt nicht!

Das Hotel liegt in einer schöner erhöhten Lage am Gardasee und bietet den einen großartigen Blick auf den See. Trotz Hauptsaison war es sehr entspannt. Vor allem der gute und ĂŒberaus freundliche Service sucht seinesgleichen! Nur zu empfehlen!

Kokonaisvaikutelma pettymys

Valitsimme tÀmÀn hotellin Gardan lomamme ajaksi, koska se oli saanut paljon erinomaisia arvioita. TÀstÀ syystÀ odotuksemme olivat korkealla, mutta valitettavasti hotelli yltÀÀ korkeintaan keskitasolle. Huone oli mukava, kivasti sisustettu ja nÀkymÀt toki upeat. Siivous oli kuitenkin heikkotasoista. Huoneemme jÀtettiin yhtenÀ pÀivÀnÀ kokonaan siivoamatta. Siivous oli suurpiirteistÀ, ei esim. viety pois kaikkia roskia tai kÀytettyjÀ astioita, eikÀ tehty minkÀÀnlaista tavaroiden jÀrjestestelyÀ. Kerran huoneen jÀÀkaappi oli irrotettu pistorasiasta, minkÀ seurauksena lapsemme ruuat ja maidot olivat kÀyttökelvottomia. Hotellin aamiainen ei myöskÀÀn saa kehuja. Aamiainen oli huomattavan kallis (20 e per aamiainen) eikÀ tarjonta ollut erityisen runsas. TÀllöin hinnalla olisi voinut odottaa enemmÀn kuin lÀhinnÀ leipÀÀ ja jugurttia. Hotellin työntekijÀt olivat pÀÀosin ystÀvÀllisiÀ, mutta yhtenÀ iltana saavuimme vasta puolen yön aikaan niin ettÀ hotellin pÀÀovet olivat lukossa. Saimme työntekijÀltÀ ikÀvÀn katseen ja moitteen pÀÀoven kÀyttÀmisestÀ. Kukaan ei kuitenkaan ollut neuvonut meille etukÀteen, ettÀ pÀÀovesta ei sovi tulla nÀin myöhÀiseen aikaan. Yksi rasittava asia oli myös parkkipaikkojen puute. Hotelli sijaitsee syrjÀssÀ vuoristossa enkÀ usko kenenkÀÀn saapuvan hotelliin ilman omaa autoa. Parkkipaikat kuitenkin olivat melkein joka pÀivÀ tÀynnÀ siten, ettÀ jouduimme jÀttÀmÀÀn auton vain check-iniÀ varten varatulle paikalle. MeitÀ moitittiin tÀstÀkin vaikka vaihtoehtoja ei ollut.
