Straightforward check in Straight to room on the 3rd floor Choice of 2 lifts Room clean and tidy 2 large beds Balcony overlooking pool Lovely bathroom Fridge Safe(didn’t use) Didn’t use hotels breakfast and bar as was out majority of days we visited Our last night(Saturday) we visited the rooftop bar and was extremely busy but with a good atmosphere We would deffo recommend hotel for a short stay Is a good 5-10 minute walk into town however we didn’t mind that

Pictures were not accurate when booking. Hotel is in need of a fix up, generally the hotel was ok, hallways to room had carpet and this smelt a bit fusty. Rooms were cleaned by staff but could do with a touch up there were marks on the wall and in bathroom. Good location. There were a few roudy guests at 2 am one night which staff had to ask them to be quiet. Hotel advertised as Adults recommended but maybe more aimed at younger people. No water supplied by hotel you have to go to the supermarket if you need any. Staff helpful when asked questions. Check reviews for accurate description.

A great stay for myself and my friend, the perfect no-frills, well-located place for our stay! I think the price per night is incredibly reasonable and if I were to return to Salou again, I would definitely consider staying here again. Lovely rooftop area with jacuzzis, pool and jacuzzis were on the cooler side as not heated but found it very refreshing after a long day at the beach

I travel extensively and this is the first time I have used this brand. I will avoid it in future. The reviews were very good and the photographs were excellent, the reality was not the same. I was in a room on the first floor, the carpet in the hallway was filthy and smelt horribly. The noise in the hotel was unacceptable. The roof top bar looked glamourous, however, it attracted masses of young people who created a lot of noise. There was inadequate security in the evening with none residents arriving to use these facilities. Breakfast was satisfactory, and quiet as the hotel guests slept in. Breakfast was served in the basement. Air conditioning in the bedroom was ineffective. The atmosphere was more like a hostel than a hotel. Cafe/bar during the day was poor. Pool is undersized and very shallow. Staff were generally unfriendly, one very useful female who did state I should have complained sooner about the noise. I could not sit on the balcony as next door used a boom box and the noise was unacceptable. She noted that I could have has a room change or they would have been informed to keep quieter. Reviews were good, but obviously made by young adults who stay out late and sleep in. A very unpleasant stay. Room very basic, towels and sheets clean.

Couple of days away on our own

Hotel was great apart from the buffet that let down the whole experience. There were several local restaurants near by that were offering great food. One other complaint was that the hot tubs located on the roof with a great view of the sea were quite cold. It was a pitty because we enjoyed our stay overall.

The Hotel It’s quiet far away from the beach.. on pictures from the terrace looks like is close but it’s not, they should improve the breakfast is poor quality, the dinner is better, the bedroom has just one sheet not blankets, I know it’s summer but should put at least one, the walking shower make the bath a mess all the water come out of the shower… the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel let down by the food

A great hotel, with lovely clean rooms, a good pool, with nice seating, and in a good location only 15min walk from the centre. Really disappointed by the food, my girlfriend ate what was labeled as vegetarian rice, however after taking a bite, realised there was meat in this. We let the staff know, and the chef confirmed there was meat in it, however didn't explain why the sign was labeled vegetable rice. We left and didn't return to the restaurant during our trip. It was very worrying that they are unable to label food items properly as my girlfriend also has a food allergy.

The staff- from start to finish of our stay were approachable and did there best to help with our needs in every way possible 👍 The area- was very noisy and and extremely busy 🤔 but we were there for a football tournament 🤔 most of the hotels in our area was the accommodation for the teams involved 👍 The rooms - basically you get what you pay for 👍

When we arrived it was al good but then we want to change cash for the parking meter you have to pay 6-10 euro’s in Salou to park your car on the streets, however there was a notice you can park the car in the hotel that was full When i want to change €20 on the cash machine my Bill was in the machine nothing was comming out no coins Or Bill back i go the reception and they told us they Will check it in a couple of saus the person of the machine was not there we agreed and they Will give us a call Or whatsapp message in just 1 Or 2 days after 5 days we ask at the reception how about our €20? Nobody knows anything we told them again the situation and they Said you cant put in a €20 Bill only 5 and 10 but that was not standing on the machine so i asked how about my €20 they told me they Checked it but didnt find a €20 in the machine with other Words im lying when i asked why i didnt get a call of message you didnt respond We where Here 2 weeks we spend almost €3000 euro’s on having fun with karting jet ski and more i really dont care about the €20 but its not fair that they didnt contact us it let us know about this and call us a lyer be carefull with changing cash here The Food was always cold in the morning they have only cold crambled eggs and in the evening it was Also cold Food there for we got almost every day out of eat not to get sick with the cold Food Pool is Also real small to much People for the elevators
