A cozy spot in a great location!

The vibes! They did so well on the decoration here. And the location is unbeatable, write off of the town square and walkable to everything. We were in the Hop room, which was very spacious and cozy. The electric fireplace was on when we came in, so it was nice and toasty. The bed was comfortable, but we could’ve used more or better pillows (only stayed one night). The staff was very friendly. They stored our bags before check-in and moved them to our room when it was ready. We had a couple glitches with our room that we had to handle on our own as the issues occurred at night and the staff was gone, but they gave us a lovely gift for our troubles. Wish we would’ve had more time for a spa experience, it looked awesome!

The room and courtyard were really cute and decorated as pictured - new but with the feeling from olden-times. However, there were two things that would prevent me from staying there again. First, when I walked in there was a very strong smell of cleaning products. By the next morning the smell of cleaning products had dissipated and I realized the cleaning product smell had been covering up a strong, unpleasant odor. It smelled like mold to me. Additionally, when I went to take a shower in the morning the water temperature went from warm to absolutely scalding hot with no warning. I'm not just talking about a little hot, I'm talking about very nearly burning-your-skin hot. Some poor child is going to be in there and get their skin burned if they don't get that fixed.

Es ist eine sehr romatische und originelle Unterkunft mit lediglich 3 Zimmern, Hops, Barley und Wheat. Wir buchten dieses Zimmer, weil wir uns im gleichen Gebäude eine Beer Spa leisteten. Herrlich ruhig am Abend, 2 feine Biere sind verfügbar. Das Zimmer liegt in einem Kellergewölbe und das Klima ust daher eher frisch.

Hyggelig hotel midt i Plzen. Fasilitetene var fjonge, med hyggelige rom og veldig hyggelig betjening. Koselig sitteområde i bakgården. At du får ei diger mugge med Urquell som del av velkomsten var særdeles hyggelig. Spa-biten var helt topp!
